Guests staying in the family room are free to use the kitchen, which is right next door, to prepare meals in the evening. They also have access to the garden through the conservatory.

Under 5's go free as long as an extra sofa bed is not required.

Please note the family room cannot accommodate extra sofa beds.

Cash & Cheques must be in Sterling.

Important booking information
All bookings require a deposit of £20.00 per room (£40.00 for the family room).  This is payable by debit or credit card only
(we do not accept American Express).

Please provide us with the Card number, Start date, Expiry date, issue number, and the last 3 digits on the security strip on the back of the card.
We will also require your name, address, contact telephone number
and if possible a current email address.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing or by email and must also be acknowledged by us.  If you cancel:-

• Giving more than 14 days notice we will retain your deposit only.
• Between 7 and 14 days (inclusive) prior to your arrival date we will charge your first nights stay in full.
• With less than 7 days notice of the cancellation you will be charged for the whole of your stay.
• All cancellations in December and August must have more than 14 days notice or  the stay will be charged in full.

If we manage to fill a cancelled room we will try to reduce your costs where possible.
Please note that if you do not cancel and fail to arrive we will charge for the whole of your stay.
